- defending suspects and defendants in criminal and fiscal penal cases at every stage of proceedings,
- taking actions in case of applying or prolongation of preventive measures by judicial bodies, including pre-trial arrest (among others, we draft appeals against the above mentioned procedural
- decisions, we participate in court hearings),
- handling penal execution cases (e.g. for: postponement/furlough in sentence execution, parole and its revocation, serving a sentence in the electronic custody system, expungement of conviction),
- taking actions connected with the execution of a restriction of liberty sentence, execution of injunctive reliefs,
- cases for compensation for unjustified conviction, pre-trial arrest or detention,
- we represent the interests of victims and auxiliary prosecutors in the course of criminal and fiscal penal proceedings at every stage of the proceedings.
